Impossible to open "Opus" by EastWestSounds in LogicPro11.1 😭

Logic Pro11.1

config : MacBook Pro / Apple M1 Pro

macOS: Sonoma 14.7.1

I can no longer use “Opus” from “EastWestSounds” in Logic Pro!

(It works perfectly in stand-alone mode, and in Luna)

If I use Rosetta, it crashes LogicPro as soon as I open the plugin.

Without Rosetta, I've noticed 2 things:

- if I don't plug in the external SSD hard drive (in which my “Opus” library is stored) the software opens (but empty, of course) without a hitch.

- if I plug in the HD SSD, it refuses to open and sends the message :

“An Audio Unit module has reported a problem that may cause system instability. Please exit and restart Logic Pro.”

but it can't restore and I have to exit every time !

I do not know. I only use FAT-formatted disks for transfers between different operating systems, hardware recorders, memory cards or for my USB stick. Once the transfer is complete, I only work with suitable formats. For Mac, this is APFS (for SSD and spinning drives) or the older MacOS extended format (for spinning drives).

However, you should never work with Logic projects located on a FAT-formatted drive.
