I just bought a Dell 27 UHD USB C Monitor. I cannot get to connect to my new Mac mini. I thought it would be a matter of plug and play. I’ve contacted Dell support… they say it may not be compatible with Mac OS.
Anyone have any input? Much appreciated 🙏🙏

...therein lies the problem.... I can't access the menu at all.... just the input source selection! ...I can't do a factory reset because I can't access the menu!!

You didn't...I was just trying to start again from scratch.....I'm returning it anyway.....it's just too much bother.....I'll find another that'll plug and play.
