My action button only opens the camera. I have opened Settings -> Action Button and changed the action. But it still always opens the camera.
i have restarted and updated my iPhone, but the action button won’t change its behavior.
Anyone had this before?

As the original poster states. Tried all that but it doesn’t work. I’ve tried every option. I’ve tried restarting the phone even. It shows in the settings but doesn’t translate to the action button.
Nope - still same issue. I tried everything, including the hints stated here. Nothing seems to make this button work for me.
That’s a shame. Not sure what to do now. Whether to live with it or take it into an Apple Store… or send it back I guess. But that’s all a massive hassle. Thanks for responding.
