Cant update my ipad pro any further , latest ios update seems to stop you accepting new terms and conditions to icloud. Apple support didn’t know the answer.They believe that ios 18 programming has stopped lower ios systems accepting terms and conditions.

Same issue here with 16.7.10 on an iPhone 8, so I’m up-to-date.
Running ios 16..7.10 latest version on ipad pro a1673 cant accept new terms and conditions for icloud
