iOS 16.7.10 update prevents accepting iCloud terms and conditions on iPad Pro

Cant update my ipad pro any further , latest ios update seems to stop you accepting new terms and conditions to icloud. Apple support didn’t know the answer.They believe that ios 18 programming has stopped lower ios systems accepting terms and conditions.

iPad cannot accept iCloud terms and conditions My iPad (5th Generation) is too old to update past 16.7.10, so apparently I can’t accept the new iCloud terms and conditions in order to continue using iCloud. Unable to accept iCloud Terms and Conditions on iPhone Settings in iPhone lead me to the Terms and Conditions page, but once I click Continue, it turns gray and the pinwheel never stops turning. My iPhone is an older model (7plus), which may be Apple’s way of forcing me to upgrade because the last allowed update is 15.8.3. If I upgrade phones without iCloud, moving my stuff to a new phone will be a disaster. Anyone have a suggestion? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Unable to accept iCloud Terms and Conditions on iPhone 13 Pro I've Iphone 13 Pro with Ios 17 . I received Notification about Accept New Trems and Conditions but there is an issue I can't accept this terms It told me cannot accept It at this time . My question is When I searched more and more times about this bug then found one solution is Update to ios 18 but i won't . this bug if I Ignored it it will effect negatively on performance or something . I see Icloud works fine there isn't any issues or any messages appeared on Icloud on my pc when I checked Icloud on my pc found everything works fine every data sent correctly . Same issue here with 16.7.10 on an iPhone 8, so I’m up-to-date.
