iPhone 11 Pro scaling issue on iOS 18

Hello Apple community!

I updated my iPhone 11 Pro to iOS 18.1.1 yesterday from iOS 17.6. I have encountered an issue with this update and I don't know if this was a deliberate decision from Apples part or a bug. Everything on my phone scales weirdly - text and icons are either too small or in some cases comically big. On the app X text and icons scales so small you would think it was made for ants. I have tried to mess around with changing the text size in settings but this makes text too big and the scaling is off while not impacting icon size. Is this a known issue on older iPhones like the 11 Pro or a bug specific to my phone?

I have a similair issue with my iPhone 11 and tne iOS update as well. For some reason my entire screen seems smaller. As if bezels around the entire screen thicker.

Something seems off with the update and I would really appreciate the screen sizing to be reversed if possible.

Same! It's horrible and seems like a glitch in my iPhone 13 Pro. I can't change the sizes to be bigger and for me everything is too tiny even if I increase the text size etc and checked all the settings even bold text, even in display and accessibility. Wish I could revert back before this horrible update!
