iPhone UI scale has enlarged

Suddenly everything became bigger on my iPhone 11. My iOS version is 17.2. Not the text though, only the borders around the options like in settings and notifications etc. They’re just way bigger than they should be and it looks very weird. Usually there are more options in this screen but because of the sudden enlargement of the borders, only a few options are here. I already searched and NO it’s not the zoom feature. I also check in Display & Brightness settings but it’s still like that. Please help me!

If you can't access Settings because your Home Screen icons are magnified, double-tap with three fingers on the display to zoom out. To turn off Zoom: Go to Settings > Accessibility > Zoom. Tap to turn off Zoom.
