I'm unable to watch Silo season 2 episode 1. It starts up and then goes black after the recap. It says it was available 2 days ago, 11/15.

Same here! I’m able to watch other titles on the app, but when I try to watch Silo, season 2, Ep. 1 I’m continually receiving a “Couldn’t Load Video - Check your internet connection, then try again.” error … my streaming works perfectly fine on this device within the Apple app, just not Silo. Also works great on all other apps, so I know it’s not actually a connection problem. Super frustrating
I’m having no problem watching Silo 2 episode 1. The only advice to offer is to sign out of your Apple TV+ subscription and then sign back in. Try again.
