Updated to iOS 17.7.1 and in settings, being asked to confirm iPhone passcode to continue to use iCloud. Is this legitimate?

Thank you. I updated to 18 and now it shows the below information. Is this normal and/or legitimate?

Totally legitimate and you have to update to iOS 18.1
