Switching on my caller ID

Since my last update to iOS 18 my caller ID isn’t showing again just a spinning wheel how do i switch it on

I want to switch on Show my caller Id all I get is the spinning wheel! I have a iPhone 13 Pro Max . I want to switch on show my caller id but all I get is the spinning wheel. I have tried switching the phone on and off,I’ve taken the SIM card out and put back. Switching the wifi off and the mobile data off . I’ve updated all the data. Nothing has helped. it’s driving me crazy ! can anyone help ? thanks

To toggle your Caller ID on or off, please follow this path,

iPhone > Settings > Apps > Phone > Show My Caller ID > switch on (green showing), if it is on, please momentarily switch off and then back on.
