Can't turn off my caller ID on my iPhone

roubleshooting Caller ID:

Contact your Carrier:

Caller ID is a service provided by your Carrier. So, contact them, if it is not working. Google their name and the words "contact us" when search for them.

There isn't one. That option will only appear on the iPhone if your carrier allows it. It could very well be that with the lastest iOS update, your carrier provided a file update to their options on the phone. Not all carriers allow for users to turn Caller ID off from their devices. You can contact them and see if they will turn it off.

troubleshooting Caller ID After an Update:

A. Contacting the Developer:

You can ask all you want, but just go to your Carrier’s homepage, and see if you can chat with them. You’ll find a bubble cloud somewhere on the right-side site to start a chat session. Or you may find a Contact Us link somewhere on the site, likely an eMail address.

B. Report this to Apple:

So, do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue.  Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of this issue, if you don't report it to them.

1. Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
3. Comment: that this all began after installing an update. Include the URL of this thread
4. Proceed from there as necessary
