After iOS 18.1 incoming call notifications are very low on Airpods Pro 2

I have an iPhone 13 Pro and recently updated to iOS 18.1. However the incoming call notifications and also the ringtone volume are so low on Airpods Pro 2 that I can’t even tell someone is calling. Even if I try to volume up when Siri is announcing the caller, it doesn’t change anything. I have already tried restarting the phone and reparing the Airpods. I also have a pair of Airpods Pro (1st gen) and everything is fine with them. It seems like a firmware issue rather than hardware. Have you also experienced this issue after the update ?

"go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio & Visual > Headphone Accommodations, then turn off Headphone Accommodations.

If you did hearing test and you have turn on hearing aid, please turn it off too.
