What to do with a fake iPhone 15

My mum got scammed and bought a fake iPhone 15, she wanted to surprise me for my birthday and now I don’t know what to do with this phone.

I got scammed buying a fake iphone I need some advice for it. After buying the fake iphone I inserted my SIM card on the fake one and then put it back on my own one. Is it possible that my personal information could be hacked or something? I didn't login on apple id or anything else on that fake iphone.

Fake iPhone? Hello, I had a friend complain that he bought an iPhone from someone he knew and he noticed there was no IMEI number in the settings “about” page. Could this mean it is a fake device?

We can't tell you what to do with it. Apple won't help you as your mom, bought it from someone else and as you suggest, it's not even a real iPhone. If she can't get her money back, which is most unlikely, do whatever you want with it. Recycle it responsibly is the likely best option.
