Apple TV videos not loading on my LG TV

Difficulty watching Apple TV shows on new LG TV.

Message says unable to load video check internet connection and try again.

Internet is connected and working, all other streaming services working.

Apple TV app updated, still having same issue.

This is annoying, we are paying for Apple subscription, after much messing around we can watch an episode only to have the same issue when trying to watch the following episode... can anyone help please?

Have the same problem found away around it to keep having to do it. When the movie or episode first starts fwd about 30 sec then play. Works every time but I am having lg come and fix the problem
