Where are you located? What is the model number listed in Settings > General > About > Model

Did you go through the link I posted just above your post to make sure you meet ALL of the qualifications to get Apple Intelligence?

I have the same issue. I have an IPad 10th gen with over 20 GB of storage. The Apple Intelligence set up was smooth with my IPhone 16, however, it is not showing on my IPad menu after the latest updated. I even changed my language from English (Canada) to English (US). My IPad is updated to iOS 18.2. Any suggestions?

It will never show on your iPad. The only iPads which are capable of running Apple Intelligence are iPad Pro's with an M1 Chip or the newly released iPad Mini 7. Your iPad doesn't have the RAM required to run Apple Intelligence.

If you are in China, Apple Intelligence is not available in your region - regardless of your device.

Lotus Pilot gave you the correct answer. Until Apple Intelligence is approved in China, you can't use it.
