Apple Intelligence always in progress…? Why?

iPhone 15 pro max , 18.3 version, model A3106, all languages (system and Siri)changed to English(UK), located unlocked and contacted Apple Support, all diagnostics no issues. Why my phone can’t download the model of Apple Intelligence at all after reset network and restart twice?

Currently I live in the UK and I bought this iPhone 15 pro max on Amazon UK and see the model number of phone is very clearly.

Sorry, it’s my faulty to not clarified.

I even use my USA Apple ID to activate Apple Intelligence but it’s in vain.

I don’t know Why……?

ok let's review...

you have a phone15 pro-max we know is AI capable. (you know from Sys Settings, General, about).

you have the latest iOS 18.3

you have gone to System Settings,

selected Apple Intelligence & Siri

and you saw what?

You should have seen two items which have toggles....

---The top one should be Apple Intelligence with a toggle to turn on or off

---The second one is AI and Siri with a toggle.


If you have only Siri, then there is a question whether you have a 15. Or the phone somehow thinks it is located where AI is not enabled. Maybe some other inconsistency as your US ID and UK location. Then best to go to a professional like the Apple store if possible.

Are you located in a region where it is available? An internet search says : Apple Intelligence is available in English (Australia), English (Canada), English (Ireland), English (New Zealand), English (South Africa), English (UK) and English (US) in most regions around the world. How that works is not my expertise, but changing your language and physically not being in the UK may not be the solution you hope.
