Heart Rate complication now shows heart icon instead of number after Watch IOS update

I had an Iphone 14 Pro Max paired with my Apple watch 8. Everything worked great. I was on a older version of Watch IOS (9.3.1).

When I got my new Iphone 16 Pro Max yesterday, it made me update my watch to 11.0.1 and now everything is messed up. It only displays the heart icon on my infograph watch face and I went through and make sure there is no low power setting anywhere. I checked everything and heart rate is enabled.

When I click the icon it shows my heart rate but doesn't display it at a glance as it looked before.

This was my #1 feature and now its gone. Can anyone help?
