I can’t open up calendar events that are on a Saturday on my iPad.
It will select the event but won’t expand it.
Events on all other days of the week will open as usual.

Double tapping the event opens up day view and the Saturday events are shown in detail. This, however, is a work-around and not a solution, and should have been fixed before now.

It's ridiculous that we need a workaround to open weekend (Sunday doesn't open either) calendar events! I have 3 calendar events every day of the month that each need the recurring day number edited. This is a real hassle! I don't understand why Apple has to constantly make things so much more inconvenient and time consuming! Requiring several taps for something that used to take one! Such as circles/squares on screenshots. With the last version update text color can no longer be changed on screenshots in most apps! Why?
This is in month view. The workaround is to choose week or day view. But still a pain.
