My podcast, The Reclaimed Leader, just launched episode 362 when a listener told me only episodes 361 and 362 are showing. I checked and they are right! What happened and how do I fix it?
Please help - freaking out.
According to Apple this was due to an issue at Soundcloud.

You should confirm your feed is still working and re-sync in your podcasts connect account.
