Podcast replaying same episode

I have a few episodes of my show in the queue. Every time I start my podcast, once that it episode is done, it replays the same episode and then moves down the queue. This happens every time. I’ve deleted the app, deleted my show and readded. My phone is updated. I even purchased a new phone and it’s happening on this one too. Any tips or is this a software issue?
