404 Forbidden error code, solid black page

In the Apple support app when I attempt to leave an honest reply when Apple asks that this article help check yes or no. Why do they block me with a 404 error code and a black page. Or is it something else?

403 forbidden error code - severe weather - weatherkit Hi Not sure where i can ask that so i dont know anything about weatherkit or that error code. But in my location Finland when is severe weather and wheni go to app and click that to see more where it shows more things about that it gives this white page and 403 forbidden error code Apple. I tried to see other countries where was severe weather and they work fine. So why this happens? all apple status are operational, no reports weatherkit could be down (what i found when i use google). Wanted report that and get possible fix. Or do i need to wait until someone fix that?
