Creating Spatial Photos with Canon RF 5.2 Dual Fisheye

Is there a way to convert photos taken with the Canon RF 5.2 Dual Fisheye into Spatial Photos?

I had limited success using Canon's VR Utility and the iOS app Spatialify, but the perspective is off. The centre 50% of the image looks right, but the outer 50% is rendered incorrectly.

The Dual Fisheye creates a side-by-side 3D image with 190º angle of view. We should be able to get immersive images from it. The Canon VR utility seems to be more geared toward video than photos. I am using the Canon EOS R5 and R5 Mark II.

See below for a sample image as output from Canon's VR Utility. (I can't seem to upload the spatial photo created by Spatialify. HEICs are not supported for image insertion in the Community and it is too big, 6MB.)
