Preview Continuity Camera

I am hoping to use continuity camera for a purpose that requires me to be able to see the camera preview on the camera. I want to mount the camera on an OSMO gimbal and be able to move freely and shoot with it while connected t Zoom or OBS. Once it's connected to the Mac via Zoom or OBS, the screen of the phone stops showing me what the camera is seeing. There's no preview, so I can't tell what my framing/focus is. Is there any way to enable the phone to display the camera preview on the phone at the same time as it is transmitting to the Mac?

The mounting does not matter, but I wanted to explain that I would be walking around with the camera while filming. The problem is that I cannot see what I am shooting on the phone itself because when the phone is in continuity mode the screen does not display what the camera is filming. I was hoping someone would know a way to enable the video to be displayed on the phone and the Mac at the same time. I realize Apple probably never envisioned someone would use continuity this way, but it is a great way to film while transmitting via Zoom or OBS. You have the freedom to move around to follow the action. You can connect directly to Zoom with the iPhone, but unfortunately Zoom does not transmit HD in 16:9 aspect ratio via mobile devices. If Apple would allow the video to be shown on the screen of the iPhone just like when you are filming normally the problem would be solved.

From what I know, this is not possible. If you unlock the iPhone it will pause the Continuity Camera mode and stop transmitting video to the Mac, and when it's in Continuity Camera mode the display is either blank, or just display buttons to pause or disconnect the camera.

Also, if the iPhone is moving around a lot it may cause it to interpret the motion as using the phone, and pause Continuity Camera (I haven't tried this myself, I only use it when it's on a mount on the side of my monitor – but I've seen several people in the forum point out that the camera needs to be in landscape mode and "relatively still" before Continuity Camera will start up).
