Lock Screen stays on iOS 18 on iPhone 12

Since the iOS 18 will 18.0.1 update my iPhone 12 Lock Screen stays on after notifications. It also stays on after I raise to wake and sit it back down. It will not go off unless I hit the side button again. It is killing my battery.

Why does my iPad Lock Screen turn off so quickly? Mini IPad 10. I have tried Settings>Display and Brightness>Auto-lock. I've tried setting the tine to 15 minutes and also to Never. But the lock screen still only stays on less than 10 seconds. Furthermore, although I didn't turn off the Lock/Unlock feature, now it isn't working, even though it's still On. Please help. My Iphone 15 pro lock screen by itself issue My iphone lock screen by itself when I am doing something (watching reels, youtube, scroll, reading, etc.). It started resently and suddenly and its happening often now. What to do?

I had the same issue on my 13 mini. A hard reset seemed to solve it. (Up volume, down volume, then hold the power button until the phone shuts off. Keep holding it until the Apple logo reappears. )
