Educator Discount for French Teacher in Vietnam

My wife is a teacher in the French education system, contracted in Vietnam in a French school. She wants to apply for educator discount. They ask for teacher ID…they don’t have this in France, or a copy of a contract, (which is a highly private document and very few French people would be willing to divulge such private information)….only then can she submit her teacher email…what else can she do to expedite this process?
