"Available to current and newly accepted college students and their parents, as well as faculty, staff, and homeschool teachers of all grade levels"

Apple only has education discounts if you work at an accredited university or college. I have no idea what other merchants need or offer.

Apple does not offer discounts on iPhones as part of the education discounts.
