I can’t use the find my feature for my AirPods Pro 2nd gen

I’m able to connect and use AirPods and there was a problem regarding setup incomplete on find my app I contacted the Apple customer care and setup incomplete problem was solved now currently I can ping my left and right bud of AirPods individually only when connected to the phone but I can’t use the find my app ring my AirPods case when the lid is closed

Same here. If you turn off Find My in the AirPods settings then you can find the left and right pods when they are out of the case (by playing sound). If you put them back in the case then they cant be found and the case will not make any sounds.
