Error messages exporting photos and videos. Unable to export them regularly and problematically so that I can't use them

Sometimes, I'm able to export photos and videos successfully. Still, recently, it seems I am unable to export most of the files I'm trying to use in other applications for digital media projects. I am attaching one error screenshot message that is common when I have this problem.

For whatever reason today I have been able to export almost everything I have wanted to from my photos album into an external hard drive. Not sure why but sometimes a reboot or just installing the next system update solves a problem. I'm not convinced that this is the end of this problem, but today was a better day.
