"Export Unmodified Originals" stuck at 0%

I'm trying to export some videos from the Photos App to an external hard drive and no matter how many videos I select the progress bar just stays at 0%. When I cancel it shows an error stating:

"Export Canceled with Errors. The export operation failed to create a file for the photo identified below. Unknown Error (3072)"

The photo that it identifies is irrelevant. If I deselect that photo the error appears again identifying another file.

Is there any solution? I'm trying to export about 300 files and I don't want to do it one by one.
