Copy my music to another ipod via iTunes

Hia all🙏, I'm trying to down load some music from my ipod to another ipod via iTunes (god they don't make it easy do they?) using the same music files as I have, just need to copy them to another ipod, I still need my ipod, but need another one with same music for work, please help.... It shows the other ipod in iTunes but can't figure out how to copy the songs to it.... 😡
