syncing with existing itunes app on my PC, some songs don't transfer to ipad...(and sometimes songs that were on the ipad are no longer on the ipad, even tho they are still on the PC. Since itunes is really unreliable these days (thank you very much NOT), how do I since from itunes to ipad without itunes?

I don't know what to tell you. This has been an outstanding bug (outstanding as in "long term", not "good") for a long time.
