Why does my AirPods Pro 2 keep turning off Custom Transparency Mode?

Like numerous individuals in the Community, my AirPods Pro 2 is also prone to the issue of turning off Custom Transparency Mode in Settings randomly. I'm currently on version 7A305. The issue appears not to have been resolved. Without this function, the (OTC) hearing-aid claim of AirPods Pro 2 is, to my mind, completely negligible.

I’ve tried everything it seems. Out of total frustration I bought another pair of AirPod 2’s but they do the same thing. Randomly turning off custom transparency mode.

Thanks for the response! So it sounds like this is a glitch in the system (i.e. software). Hopefully, it gets worked out in subsequent releases of the app.
