iPhone Calculator app on iOS18: “Sequential calculations“ missing!!

Not sure what the correct technical or “Apple” term for the feature is, but on previous iOS versions, the calculator app, if you performed an operation (+, x, etc), each time you press equals after the first time, it will continue to perform that operation to the sequential series of results.

l use this feature constantly for simple financial calculations like compounding (compounding over ‘n’ years => pressing the equals button n times, etc)

I was so disappointed to find recently that iOS 18 has removed this essential and core feature.

Am I the only one who is going crazy over this or does no one else use this feature?

Is this a bug or a deliberate removal of a feature I loved?
