Apple Music Home Icon: unknown error, repeatably

I know Apple cares little about Windows compatibility, but

it would be great if Apple would address the 'unknown error' issue that MANY

people have found.

In addition, the 'In the Apple Music app on your Windows

computer, select the Sidebar Actions button at the top of

the sidebar, then choose Import.' does not work: there is no Import.

Unknown Error - Try Again when Clicking Home in Apple Music on Windows I can open Apple Music on my Windows 11 laptop, can view songs, playlists, etc, but if I click on Home, I get "An unknown error has occurred. Try again" Clicking Try Again just gives the error again. I've restarted the app, restarted the computer, tried with VPN on and off, nothing has helped. What causes this error and how can it be resolved? There's no error code, so no good way to research it.
