Video scrubbing is very inconsistent on my iPhone after iOS 18 update

Since upgrading to IOS18, video scrubbing is now very inconsistent - sometimes working & sometimes I can’t drag the bar across at all.

I use this facility daily so this is a huge issue for me. Some friends have the same issue so not just me.

Is there any solution to this?

I have the same issue 😭 Please bring back the old video scrubbing. I also use this function daily and now it is so buggy when I try to review my videos
