CarPlay not working with iPhone 16 Pro

1. Go to Settings > General > CarPlay, tap your car, then tap Forget This Car. Then set up CarPlay again.

Did you turn everything else off and only leave CarPlay on?

IPhone16 Pro Max will not connect with my 2022 Tacoma thru CarPlay. It will charge, but no Apps.

Carplay doesn’t work with the 15 either. I’m so upset. I was hoping they would fix it with the 16.

Yes! This! My 15 will not work with my Apple Watch or CarPlay. I’m irate. I was going to upgrade to 16 but looks like they still haven’t fixed it!!!

I bought a wireless CarPlay adapter from Best Buy, works perfectly!!

How did you know or find out about this adapter cable for apple car play ? Was this suggested by Apple support?

Agreed…bought a new USB to USB C cable at BestBuy that specifically listed data transfer. 16 Pro now syncs perfectly with my 2016 Colorado.
