Since updating to ios 18 I keep getting call failed popup

After updating to IOS 18 stable update, I am facing this issue.

lot of people are really struggling with bug, I hope Apple team should address ASAP

i also have this issue at iphone 13 and ios 18.0.1. I do not receive any calls and I tried a lot of settings. However I can call normally and sms and mobile data. Hope it will be resolved fast
