After updating IOS18 my iMessage not working properly and i m not able to change email to phone no.

iMessage is not delivering in iOS blue.

I’ve restarted 5 times. Confirmed iMessage is on. Logged out and into iCloud. Nothing is working to re-establish iMessage.
