Hardware Failure of Display MacBook Air M2
Hi,
I have a Macbook Air M2 Chip. Almost 1.5 year old. The screen has stopped working suddenly with no physical damage but the laptop is working when connected to an external screen. (This I am writing on the external screen)
As per apple support and service centre , it's been told that there's a hardware failure with the machine with no valid reason behind it.
Now,
- After waiting for several weeks,
- Resetting the system,
- and endless calls.
the actual reason for this hardware failure has not come out.
What I don't understand is, how a machine this expensive can suddenly stop working and why is no one able to provide me with a proper explanation for the same?
Attaching the screenshot of System Information>Hardware section with this where we can see there's no Display hardware reflecting.
So if anyone can help me with what should I do next in order to get this things fixed ! (PS: without paying hefty amount on no reason Display failure), that'd be great!
MacBook Air, macOS 14.6
