How to handle logic board issues on MacBook Air M2 display stops working?

its been 6 months getting my new macbook air M2 and one fine day my display stops working and its completely blank(dead display). When I raise an issue at the authorised store of apple, after 2 weeks of of examination they said that we've replaced the display but its not working, may be there is an issue with logic board so we're sending it to banglore for the logic board issue? How come an expesnive laptop like this fails that too logic board even before the warrenty period in just 6 months of purchase? I'm so tensed and feared of buying anymore apple products in future!! Please do help with this?? Will this cost me anything for logic board or logic board be replaced with warrenty of the laptop??please help me

that's what my concern is!!! We are paying lakhs for a product. If it fails even before an year and then whats the use. We could rather choose any of the windows version of laptops right?? Apple should take these kind of issues seriously and help the customers as soon as possible

Why we buy a Apple product is just because we trust it as a good brand and product life will more compared to other laptops. So if the Mac is not working after a year and the Apple as a company won't take such issues because it is out of warranty doesn't seem good right.

As a customer whom I need to contact for support. I paid 1 lakh for the product now my product is out of warranty and now store is asking me to pay 45,000 to replace it.

So what is the point of Apple product without having good service or support.

Please do needful.

I can understand how it truly feels. We buy the products from Apple with such great expectations but in reality I am regretting my decision with the Apple support and service. Even if there is a small issue we can it's okay but if they want to replace the entire logic board which is half of the product price is not good in terms of the product as well as the service from Apple. And more over in my case no one is interested to look into the issue and support from Apple. Very much disappointed 😔
