Siri (iOS 17.6.1, iPhone11) requires “unlock your iPhone” even for low risk questions as “weather” etc.

Hello: After last iOS update to 17.6.1 , Siri requires to “you need to unlock iPhone First” to many previously available tasks as “Hey Siri, how’s the weather outside” and many others.

so far I unsuccessfully tried:

1-Search for previous Community suggested solutions, none worked.

2-Settings > Sori&Search>Allow Siri When Locked

3-Turn On and Off iPhone after all these:

4-Settings> FaceID & Passcode > Allow Access when Locked > [ALL ON, INCLUDING SIRI]

5-Settings> FaceID &Passcode> Stolen Device Protection> OFF (after 1 hour delay)

For what it's worth, I just tried it with my iPhone 12 Pro with iOS 17.6.1 and it worked just fine. Other than perhaps an erase-and-restore, I'm afraid I don't have any suggestions. Perhaps someone else here will have an idea.
