Water damage after replaced display iphone13 mini

I just had my iphone13 mini display two time Becouse of sea water but first time display was a bit different with orginal but was no problem but the second time I after replaced my phone no longer brighter when outside I can’t see what’s in the screen until I put my phone in my eyes to check , now I can’t using two hours it’s draining my battery and very hot , even to type sometime it’s work on itself and sometimes double click doesn’t work,

now my screen colour it’s changing even application doesn’t look like before my front camera look horrible

I don’t know what to do ???

is it bad or fake new display or it’s because effect of water damage or it’s because it two times I changed display????
