How to keep contacts but have separate iCloud accounts?

How can I share my contacts with my spouse without affecting the confusing ID and photo in iCloud, iPhone, and iPad. I share the subscriptions and he iCloud space and sometimes her name show up in my card and the organizer instead of my name and photo.

For starters, you should never share Apple ID’s with anyone, each person should have their own unique ID. This ensures that each individual has their own data and information stored on their own unique ID, not someone else’s.

Once you have both made your own Apple ID, you can share contacts this way, use two fingers and swipe down on multiple contacts to select them all. Then hold them and select share.
