Not receiving Apple Community Emails?

Recently I have not been receiving any Apple Community Support emails. In my preferences, the participation is turned on, and there has been plenty of participation in my posted threads recently, but no email. Thanks for your help.

There is an ongoing issue with email notifications on the Communities, especially for the iPhone Community. The hosts are aware of the issue and have been working on it.


We do not know when the issue will be resolved. In the meantime, I would suggest to go to My Subscriptions to see if you've received any answers to your postings.
