iPhone 15 Pro crashes after restoring to iOS 17.6 from 18

I dont know if this is only a recurring issue for me but i just (kinda?) recently got an iPhone 15 Pro as a gift in December, and around the end of July, i've been having crashes every 30 seconds-ish, and it renders my phone useless as by the time my data is done intializing, i really only have ~10 seconds or so to do what I need to do before it crashes again.

a bit more backstory:

so I immediately restored it back to iOS 17. The crashing halted for about 2 days before it started again; which confuses me because it seemed there was a way to stop it but I'm not sure how. When I did have the beta, though, it told me that it seemed to be panics on the phone that caused the crashing when the report option came up. It only started recognizing the crashes and gave me the "your iPhone restarted because of a problem" about a week after it originally started

Is anyone else having this issue, and if theres a fix, could i know it? I have a Genius Bar visit scheduled on 8/23, so i'm also attempting to fix it there.
