iPhone 16 Pro Max crashing still

I'm having the same problem and it's extremely aggravating.

I backed up my phone, reset to factory settings, and restored from backup. I do not want to restore the phone as new because I need my data and honestly - this shouldn't event be necessary.

Are there any other options for fixes?

back up your phone then restore to factory to settings an use the backup to get data back, if the issue still persist, then restore the phone as new and not from backup, and see how it performs.
