Why is the Plant Identifier missing on my iPhone Photos?

This seems to be an ongoing issue - I am using 17.5.1 on a 15ProMax. Every time I take an image of a flower or any botanical the “i” info button does NOT included the plant identifier anymore. What gives and how do I fix this? is this issue fixable? Or do I have to go into a store? It’s very annoying.

Have you tried a forced restart?

Hello again ~ Once you update you may want to try * Richard.Taylor’s* suggestion of the forced restart if it doesn’t appear. I usually do that after updating anyway. I hope updating provides a fix and forced restarting after updating if needed provides a fix. I find the Visual Look Up an excellent feature.
