Visa debit card not working on Apple Pay

I have no idea what happened but all of a sudden my Regions visa debit card took off of my Apple Pay and now it will not accept it. I even got a new card with different numbers and still not accepting. I called Apple. They told me to call my bank and called my bank they told me to call visa he said they had no block that it was an Apple issue. I don’t know what else to do when I do try to add the card. I have to put my name in because the name was wrong which I’ve never had a problem before. I’ve checked the address and everything and it just won’t accept it somebody help me and tell me what I can do? But I can use my debit card at the App Store and on Safari works just fine but for some reason, it will not let me add it to my Apple Pay.
