Some of my Contacts are missing on my iPhone 11

Some of my contacts are missing. I did not delete them. I’m my text messages they just show up as phone numbers

Missing contacts Last Wednesday at noon all my contacts were in my phone at 5?pm I had missing contacts. I can locate the contacts in my text message app but not in my phone app. Also I can’t add the text message co tact Info to my phone app. I have powered off my phone , resynched my phone with icloud, turned off lists on my phone app. I also did the latest update. I have been an apple user forever, but I’m seriously considering using something else because this is t the first time it has happened.

How much iCloud storage available you have in iCloud?
