iPhone SE 2nd gen not working properly

I have several issues. (1) Out of nowhere my phone started to freeze whenever the keyboard would open. It started doing this in only one app, and then all of them for approximately 10-20 minutes and now it freezes for hours. (2) Certain apps would refuse to open with no reason. (3) My phone needs an update but whenever I try to start the update it just keeps loading and says "Checking for Update" despite notifying me that an update is available. (4) I can't use the search option in my photo gallery anymore or else it'll freeze. (5) I'm also stuck in the "verification required" app store loop and I keep getting charged for a $40 subscription I did not buy. I don't know if these problems are connected or not, but I'm really tired of my phone not being functional
